... I  do not keep regular office hours but come in by appointment only. I can visit with you at any time of the day or evening including weekends and holidays at my office in Parma, or

... If you are out of town you can mail your items to me. This is easily and inexpensively accomplished through the USPS, using a flat rate box, which you can also insure for a small fee. I will appraise your items, get back to you by phone or email, and if you decide to sell your items I will reimburse your mailing costs. If you decide not to sell, I will return the items at my expense.

... I can answer preliminary questions on the phone but it's almost impossible to give exact prices without seeing the items in question.
